* Roms / Emulators
* Pirated Software
* Proxies
* Hack programs and archives
* Malicious Scripts
Warez Linking - Torrents - Rapidleech
are only allowed on other hosting plans
B-It is strictly forbidden to publish adult content on
shared hosting accounts.
3.) Zero Spam Policy
Any user who sends out spam emails will have their
account suspended without notice.
MyWebsHost.com reserves the right to require changes or
disable as necessary any web site, account, database, or
other component that does not comply with this policy .
MyWebsHost.com reserves the right to charge a clean up
fee from spammers.
4.) Payment Information
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services
received from MyWebsHost.com, in advance of the time
period during which such services are provided. You
agree that until and unless you notify MyWebsHost.com of
your desire to cancel any or all services received,
those services will be billed on a recurring basis.
MyWebsHost.com reserves the right to change the monthly
payment amount and any other charges at anytime.
5.) Backups and Data Loss
Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
MyWebsHost.com is not responsible for files and data
residing on your account. You agree to take full
responsibility for files and data transferred and to
maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored
on MyWebsHost.com servers.
6.) Cancellation and Refunds
MyWebsHost.com reserves the right to cancel the account
at any time.
Clients may cancel at any time. MyWebsHost.com gives you
an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee on shared
hosting.
By requesting/using one of our sepcial services etc:
website transfer - script instalation - free domain name
you will not be qualified for the 30 day money back guarantee.
Refund requests after 30 days will not be refunded .
Payments made for domain registration will not be
refunded .
Accounts suspended by MyWebsHost.com do not qualify for
the 30 day money back guarantee.
This also includes accounts suspended for TOS
violations, in which the customer decides not to fix the
violation. Only first-time accounts are qualified for a
refund. For example:
1-if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and
signed up again, you will not refund you .
2-if you have opened a second account with us without
canceling the 1st one (having more than one opened
account with us).

There will be $10 fee on each server cancellation

7.) Resource Usage
MyWebsHost.com limits its all shared hosting plans
customers to 25% system resource usage.
It is a maximum of 25% of the total system resources
that can be used by a single customer.
That applies to all clients hosted on the same server.

8.) Bandwidth Usage
Each customer can use the full bandwidth which given with his plan

Contract pricing customers will not be affected by any
price change throughout the contract period. The amount

with above average SLA credits in case of failure to
deliver the stated level of service.
11.) Changes to the TOS
MyWebsHost.com reserves the right to revise its policies
at any time without notice.
